At Camellia Wedding Gown, we want you to feel confident and beautiful on your special day. If your gown is not the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return period for all standard-sized, unworn bridal wear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our bridal concierge team within 14 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Gown

  Carefully place the unworn gown in its original garment bag with all designer tags attached, ensuring it is free of any makeup, perfumes, or alterations.

• 3.
  Secure Shipment

  Affix the provided shipping label to the original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized courier location to ensure a tracked and insured delivery.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the gown to verify its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
